eyeliner & stardust & emotions, oh my. the name of this emo kid is alyssa and i'm loving the arm-warmers right now. but don't sterotype me because i say i'm emo; i don't cut myself (because that would hurt like whoa.) and i don't cry over everything nor do i live in poetic state of despair. however, i do cry sometimes so poke fun at that. to be quite frank, i find it irritating that people judge others because of what they listen to. it's immature & elementary schoolish, you know who i'm talking about.

i live in kentucky, which absolutely sucks to the core. i'm residing in owensboro - hey, johnny depp was from here. - a town that has no attractions or entertainment for the locals to engage in, but we have a skating rink that's far too strict with what you can/cannot wear and plays horrible music and a mall where we hang out at on the weekends, and the movie theatre. excuse me while i piss myself with excitement. before you think i do these things, let me clarify this: i wear shoes. i don't eat road kill. i don't wear over-alls. i don't live on a farm. i don't work at a farm. i don't say `ain't`. i don't hunt. i'm not inbred. i don't want to be inbred. lol. some people differ with the last thing, all though..

when school gets back into session, i'll be a sophomore. cool? maybe. being labled a `stupid freshmen` was pretty peachy, i have to admit. i'll miss it, but i won't call the new freshman that because it might hurt some of their feelings or give them negative feelings about being in highschool. i'm not here to cause people hell, that's what sitting next to a loud prep in class is for. i'm in band/marching band. fun, i know. (-insert random puking noises-)the french horn/mellophone is what i play. it's a joy, i must admit. yes, i've gone to band camp and i'll be going to band camp in july. band camp isn't like american pie, but i wish it was. maybe i'd enjoy it more if it was. to be blunt, band camp sucks and i'll leave it at that.

my music style varies even though i mainly enjoy listening to emo. i like rock, metal, heavy metal, grunge, indie, and punk. my favorite band is a perfect circle (lol, two crescents. inside thing.) but my other three favorite bands are my chemical romance, the used, and thursday. i have a pretty relaxed clothing style, nothing too wild. usually jeans and a t-shirt. i like rainbow bracelets & necklaces. no, i'm not gay but i don't discriminate against gay people and neither should you. i have blue glasses that aren't real, but i wear 'cause i like the way they look on me. and i have an `emo` hair cut, according to one of my friends.

that's pretty much all you need to know about me. if i think of anything else, i'll add on to this.
